Living on stolen land August 26th

Join us as we hear from Mehrin Almassi and discuss the implications of being an invading people of a country and group of nations that had existed long before European settlement.

Mehrin has been a resident volunteer at the Indigenous Hospitality House  for eight years.   She is also a disability support worker and a student at Whitley College. She enjoys reading biographies and singing.

You would be more than welcome to join us as we wrestle with the realities of living in modern Australia and our relationship with those who preceded us. The Sycamore Tree will be open from 7.15 for coffee. Any enquiries – contact David on 0409 180 176
